Course Outline & Outcomes This course has been designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills required to communicate effectively in the workplace.

At the end of the course, the attendees will be able to:

  • Identify the role of effective communication in the workplace
  • Understand the different types of communication
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication and develop effective listening skills
  • Use specific telephone techniques including etiquette, listening skills and managing difficult customers
  • Use specific e-mail principles and techniques in the workplace
  • Finetune basic writing skills to ensure a correctly constructed message and perfect grammer
