Target Audience International Consultants - Regional
Course Outline & Outcomes This course is designed to equip learners with knowledge required to perform point to point international calculations and re-ticketing. Practical examples and exercises will be on all current regional airlines.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Access general fares entries
  • Understand and interpret general re-issue rules
  • Calculate Point-to-Point Regional re-issues on unused tickets
  • Calculate Point-to-Point Regional re-issues on partically used tickets
  • Re-ticketing of re-issed tickets
  • Issue an EMD for a change fee
