Course Outline & Outcomes This course is designed to equip learners with expert knowledge required to calculate and process Domestic Refunds. Practical examples and explanations will be on all current domestic airlines.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Apply basic GDS entries and Fares entries
  • Access Historical Fare Displays
  • Read and apply Fare Notes
  • Re-calculate Domestic refunds for unused tickets
  • Re-calculate Domestic refunds for partially used tickets
  • Correct completion of GDS Refund mask
