Dianne started her travel career with South African Airways. Her enthusiasm and love for the industry took her through the ranks at SAA including airport duties; reservations; fares & ticketing; training and sales and marketing. After 17 years at SAA she decided that the industry needed a professional training institution that would provide people already in travel with up-to-date and relevant training. She started DTS in 1991.
Role in DTS:
Acting as a facilitator; assessor and moderator Dianne enjoys training airline and travel personnel and imparting her knowledge and experience to both new and seasoned learners. It is always especially good to see a face in the class that was last on a training course 5; 10 or even 20 years ago!
Cheryll started her career with Budget Travel in Commissioner Street, Johannesburg. After consulting for 6 years she was appointed as Operations Manager – Budget Tours. Taking time off to raise a family Cheryll rejoined the Travel Industry and decided to use her experience in another field and joined DTS as a facilitator in 1992. Today as a Director of DTS, Cheryll is committed to upgrading the skills of travel staff.

Hands-on, Cheryll is a well-informed, enthusiastic and professional facilitator, assessor and moderator. Using CATHSSETA ethics and standards as her guideline she delivers all training with enthusiasm and passion.
