At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

• Understand and apply refund procedures
• Understand the validity of tickets
• Understand and apply general fares entries including historical fares, fares in NUC, ROE, BSR and historical FQ and FQP (for tax purposes)
• Demonstrate understanding of horizontal fare calculation
• Understand components, pricing units and journey definitions
• Calculation of unused and partially used tickets including single pricing units, multiple pricing units, mixed fare bases, mixed airlines, mileage surcharges and Q- surcharges
