When booking for a scheduled course, a registration form is to be completed and submitted.
A 50% deposit and a copy of your ID needs to be faxed or emailed to our offices within 24 hours.
NO BOOKINGS will be made without a deposit and all other documents i.e. registration form, ID copy etc.
All bookings are subject to availability at time of receipt of payment.
The balance of the payment must be paid a minimum of 14 days prior to course commencement.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to course commencement will result in forfeiting the deposit as cancellation fee.
Bookings made within 14 days full require full payment upon registering.
Postponements will be allowed provided that the request is made at least 14 days prior to the original date and will be subject to availability for the new date.
An administration fee of ZAR114 will be deducted on all refund applications.
No-shows will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
A learner may choose to register with CATHSSETA and have Unit Standards credited towards their National Qualification. A once-off registration fee of ZAR 171 will apply.
DTS reserve the right to postpone courses should the required minimum number of attendees not be reached
